1.DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
We apologize if we have sent you a defective/incorrect item.
- We advice that all items are hand-washed and NOT soaked. We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (color runs, size shrinks, etc.) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, O'odette will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason wil be entertained.
- Exchanges will only be done if the item is still in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
- An exchange will be done if the item sent to you is defective/faulty.
- If the exact item has out of stock , a store credit voucher will be issued (validity 2 months) and to be utilized to purchase other available items
- Please take note that we do not provide cash refund
- There may be 0.5" - 1.0" difference in the published measurements as items are mass produced and not made to measure.
- Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different monitors have different resolutions. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
- Sale items are stricly not exchangeable/refundable unless there are defects on the items.
- Procedures as below are compulsory to be followed and provided by buyer or O'odette reserves to reject any requests.
- Snapshot : Snap shot of the defective area and submit your return requests by emailing to [email protected] within 2 days upon receipt of the parcel. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Shipping Charges : Shipping charges will not be reimbursed and buyers are required to bourne shipping charges. Returns are only allowed via courrier, walk-ins will not be honoured.
- Parcel Return : Following actions are only need to be done once receiving confirmation updates back from O'odette management.
- (Malaysia) - The parcel must be sent back to O'odette within 2 working days (proof of tracking number must be emailed to [email protected]). The parcel should reach within 7 working days.
- (International) - The parcel must be sent back within 2 working days (proof of tracking number must be emailed to [email protected]). The parcel should reach O'odette warehouse not longer than 14 days.
- Returned Items Checking : The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and will be proceeded for checking procedure.
- Processing Period : This normally takes 3 days up to 7 working days/14 working days (International).
- Buyers To Be Received :O'odette reserves the right to mail the exact item / to issue store credit voucher (if the item happens to be out-of stock)
- O'odette reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.
- O'odette reserves the rights to reject any return requests thereafter.
- O'odette does not provide size /color exchange services for the incorrect /defective item . If you would like to change to another item, do use the credit voucher to purchase another item or another size.
Credit Voucher :
- Credit Voucher issued can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. They are non-transferable in nature.
- Credit Voucher vailidity is as per stated user's account. If it is not utilized within the given time-frame, the amount will be forfeited (unless otherwise stated).
- Credit Vouchers are only valid if they are inputted during check out.
- The value of each individual Credit Voucher has to be utilized within one transaction. Any remaining amount will not be refunded.
- Credit Voucher cannot be used for Sale Items or for the purchase of Gift Cards.
- Customers can track available Credit Voucher by logging into their accounts.
- All unutilized Credit Voucher expires within the given time-frame .Any time extension requests will not be entertained.
- O'odette strictly does not allow Size/Color exchanges. Hence, kindly make sure that you have chosen the correct size and color before proceed to check out. This applies for both regular and sales item(s).
3.SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEM EXCHANGE
O'odette strictly does not allow exchanges and returns for items been sold on sale and promotional terms and conditions.
